  • Quickstep

Latin American Dancing: Latin dancing is all about storytelling and interaction between partners. Unlike Ballroom dancing, couples maintain a bit more distance but engage in dynamic movements that tell a captivating story. The five main Latin dances include:

  • Cha Cha Cha

  • Jive
  • Samba
  • Paso Doble

Sequence Dancing: Sequence dancing involves pre-choreographed routines that are popular in both social settings and competitions. Classes teach both the latest sequences and popular favorites.
